I became a gut health yogi through the struggles I’ve had with my own body. I know how it feels to be constantly bloated, heavy and in pain. Believe me, I know how easy it is to keep eating the foods that keep you in the craving cycle.

After many years of searching, studying and learning I finally found the right blend of yoga therapy, gut healing protocols, nutrition and embodiment to heal myself and help others on their path to living with more freedom and vitality.

And because it worked for me I felt confident that it could work for others. So I put together a system for improving the condition of body and mind. Together. And that’s the secret! The body and mind are not two separate things, they are one. You cannot heal the body without healing the mind. You cannot heal the mind without healing the body. I know – I tried! It doesn’t work. Parts of us always feel neglected, unworthy and guilty. And that leaves us tired, uncomfortable and craving things like bread, coffee and cupcakes.
